Disneyland Paris was opened under the watchful eye of Michael Eisner, taking tips from the success round the world with Disney Parks expansions of Tokyo and Florida, the imagineers were keen to add hidden details and subtle hints to their new European baby.
If you look abstractly you can see the input from the original Sleeping Beauty Castle which was deemed not magical enough for an audience already used to castles – after all, throughout the park they’ve managed to get it in anyway.
Look closely at the outlines and use a little imagination.
